(TPL Policy / Green Card Insurance / Border Insurance)
First step:
In case of loss of the TPL Insurance Policy, the client of Albsig must go to one of the closest points of the Company equipped with means of identification (Identity Card).
Second step:
The person who has lost the insurance policy will complete a written request for the loss of the insurance policy, as it is verified that the requested policy is currently in force.
After completing the request, the client will be provided with a duplicate of the lost policy.
For the device with the duplicate of the lost policy, the customer must pay 500 ALL for the TPL Insurance
Note:
For the loss of the Green Card Insurance or Border Insurance policy, the same procedure as above will be used, but 5 euros will be paid for the requested duplicate.
